Transparent pricing
National commission rates for licensed property management services average roughly 20%, ranging as low as 8% and as high as 30% depending on the property type, market, and fees charged. Typically, a placement fee equal to one month’s rent is charged.
We charge 10% of the collected monthly rental rate plus a placement fee of $250. We only ever charge a commission on collected rental rates. We charge the true costs for the photography, consultation, custom Virginia-compliant leases, property analysis or anything else we may need to do to get your property rented.
